How the free valuation and the introduction to an agency work
Selling a property often starts with a simple question: what is it worth? The MyImmobilier.ch valuation form lets you describe your property (type, area, rooms, year, general condition) in a few minutes, free of charge and with no obligation.
An agency in your canton
Once the request has been sent, a sales file is created and passed on to a partner agency active in your canton, determined from your postcode. That agency then contacts you to refine the valuation and discuss the sales strategy.
Tracking visible from your account
The file moves forward in stages (valuation, agency contacted, mandate, marketing, offers) that you can follow from your account, along with the documents exchanged and the thread of messages with the agency.
The owner cannot change the stage or the valuation themselves: the agency in charge of the file updates them, to ensure that what you see reflects the real progress on the professional side.
