    Type of property, address, a few characteristics: 2 to 4 minutes. You can pause the file at any time and resume it from a link received by email, on any device.

    We come and see your property

    Together we record the rooms, the condition, the available documents and, with your agreement, photos. You sign a visit declaration, with no commitment to sell.

    Your file is ready

    Everything is gathered in a “MyImmobilier file”: complete, checked on site, printable. You find it in your area, with a space to upload your files (title deed, plans, diagnostics…).

    A partner agency takes over your file

    Before that, agencies only see an anonymous preview of your property: no name, no address. An agency in your region takes over the file, contacts you, gives you its estimate and presents its terms. You confirm in your area that the contact took place.

    You decide, mandate included

    Nothing obliges you to sign. If you choose the agency, the mandate is declared in your file, its copy is kept in your files and you confirm it: everyone sees the same thing.

    Your property is put on sale

    The agency prepares the listing directly from your file. It carries the “Selection” label and the “MyImmobilier file” tag. Buyers' requests go to the agency.

    We stay involved until the sale

    Regular check-ins are offered to you, and you can write to us at any time, give your opinion on the agency or ask for another agency. At the sale, you confirm it in your area.

Is it really free for me?+

Yes: our service is free for the owner. The agency you choose presents its terms in its mandate, which you are free to accept or not.

Do I have to sign with the proposed agency?+

No. You stay free at every step. The visit, the file and the estimate commit you to nothing.

Who estimates my property?+

The partner agency. MyImmobilier.ch is not a broker: we prepare the file and handle the follow-up.

Are my details passed on to all agencies?+

No. Before assignment, agencies see an anonymous preview of your property. Your details are only passed on to the agency that takes over your file.

Can I change agency?+

Yes. You ask from your area, we review each request personally and, if accepted, your file is offered to another agency.
