Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026. MyImmobilier.ch is published by Blast Group Sàrl (“we”), the controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors located in the EU/EEA, of the GDPR.

1. What data we process

Private account (email/password or Google): first name, last name, email. Used to log you in and to link your favourites, alerts and files.

Agency account: agency name, professional contact details (email, phone, website, address), and the accounts of linked staff members.

Contact enquiry (property page, general contact form): first name, last name, email, optional phone number, message. Sent to the agency concerned and to our team by email.

Sales file (valuation of a property): contact details, address and characteristics of the property to be valued. Passed on to a partner agency in your canton so that it can contact you.

Favourites and alerts: stored only in your browser (localStorage), never on our servers unless you have a linked account.

Client area (owner/buyer/tenant with an active mandate with a partner agency): access via a magic link issued by our sister platform app.immobridge.ch, which passes your file data (contact details, linked properties) to MyImmobilier.ch for the duration of the session — no copy is kept by us. Two-step verification by SMS is planned for this area.

Payment (agencies only: partner subscription, purchase of a seller lead): processed by our payment provider Stripe, which receives the billing details needed for the transaction. We never store your bank card details.

Viewing statistics: number of views, brochure openings, virtual tour openings and shares per listing. These counters are aggregated by property and by day, without any data that could identify a visitor.

Technical data: IP address and usual server logs (security, fraud prevention), for as long as needed for that purpose.

2. Why we process it

To provide the service you requested (search, account creation, publishing a listing, connecting you with an agency), to answer your messages, to secure the site and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell any personal data to third parties and do not carry out advertising profiling.

3. Who receives this data

The agency concerned by a contact enquiry or a sales file — it then handles your request under its own responsibility.

Our technical processors, bound by contract and using your data only to provide us with the service: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union), Resend (sending of transactional emails), Google (maps, place search, street view and solar estimate — see their own privacy policy for these features), Vercel (site hosting, cookie-free technical audience measurement — see section 4), Stripe (agency payments, see above).

app.immobridge.ch, our sister platform published by the same company, for holders of a client area (see above).

No data is passed on outside this framework, nor sold, nor used for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and local storage

MyImmobilier.ch uses strictly necessary cookies and storage (your login session, your favourites and alerts, the choice you make in the cookie banner, your language choice) as well as technical audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) which sets no cookies and does not identify you individually.

The “statistics” category of the cookie banner governs the activation of an additional audience measurement tool (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager): nothing is loaded until you have given your consent for this category. The “marketing” category exists to cover a possible future advertising tool — none is enabled today. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

5. How long we keep it

Your account data is kept for as long as the account is active. A published listing expires after 60 days if it is not renewed, then remains archived for as long as needed to manage the agency's file. A sales file or a contact enquiry is kept for the duration of the agency's commercial follow-up.

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, export it or delete your account at any time from Security and access (private users) or the equivalent in the agency area. For any other request (objection, restriction of processing), write to us via the Contact page. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

7. Changes

We may update this policy, in particular as new features are added. The update date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.

This document accurately describes the site's actual processing as of the date above; it does not replace legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by a specialist lawyer before any official communication relying on this text.
