Terms of use

MyImmobilier.ch is a portal that presents property listings published by third-party real estate agencies, and connects owners wishing to sell with partner agencies. We are neither a real estate agency nor a party to the transactions concluded between a visitor and an agency: we provide the matchmaking platform.

Creating an account is free. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. An account can be deleted at any time from your security settings.

Every agency must be verified by our team before it can publish. The agency remains solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights (photos, texts) of the listings it publishes, as well as for handling the enquiries it receives. A published listing is visible for 60 days and can be renewed; we reserve the right to remove a non-compliant listing (misleading information, non-existent property, unlawful content) or to suspend an agency account in case of abuse.

An agency that connects its CRM via our API remains responsible for the data it sends us and for the access it grants to its API keys; see the documentation for the technical terms of use of the API.

You agree not to extract the site's content in bulk (scraping), not to disrupt its operation, not to impersonate a third party and not to publish unlawful content. Every contact enquiry or sales file must correspond to a genuine need.

The MyImmobilier.ch brand, the site's design and its code are the property of Blast Group Sàrl. The photos, floor plans and descriptions of listings remain the property of the agency that published them or of its rightful owners.

We do our utmost to keep the site available and the information up to date, without any guarantee of absolute continuity or of the accuracy of listings published by third parties. We cannot be held liable for a dispute between a visitor and an agency, nor for the consequences of incorrect information provided by an agency about one of its properties.

We may amend these terms, in particular as new features are added. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
