Our mission

MyImmobilier.ch brings together the properties for sale and for rent published by real estate agencies in French-speaking Switzerland, with a detailed search (map, areas, filters) and complete property pages. Owners who wish to sell find a free valuation and an introduction to a partner agency in their canton; agencies list their properties for free and can connect their own CRM.

The link with ImmoBridge

MyImmobilier.ch is the consumer-facing counterpart of ImmoBridge, a business software (CRM) for real estate professionals. Both products are published by the same company but remain separate: ImmoBridge is reserved for agencies that use it to manage their mandates and clients, while MyImmobilier.ch is the public portal where any agency can list — including those that do not use ImmoBridge. An agency that uses ImmoBridge can connect the two via our API and its webhooks, exactly like any other CRM.

Agencies are verified by our team before they can list. Your data is hosted in Europe; you can export or delete your account at any time from Security and access. Details in our privacy policy.
